raising needle clip will....

lean closed to 1/4 throttle?? is that right?

raising needle clip will....

the needle adjustments are for 1/4 to 3/4 throttle (mid rpms). the idle mixture and pilot jet are for idle to 1/4 throttle (low rpms). for more help.

According to the guy who ported your jug, the needle affects 1/4 to full throttle.
