Default chain adjuster bolts on lt250r

I have recently rebuilt the rear end in my 87 lt and I bought brand new everything. but the 2 posts coming out of the back with the two nuts on them keep on coming loose is there any way I can stop this from happening everytime i ride

Default chain adjuster bolts on lt250r

they shouldn't be...tighten down the first one, then throw some thread lock (blue) on the backing nuts and then tighten them.

Would i still be able to loosen and tighten the chain if i put the thread lock on them

is the rod losseing?if so put thread lock on the rod screwing into axle carrier
