Default Spark plug too hot???

A 9 is cooler than an 8.... which means it dissipates heat faster.
I would think a B8ES is a better choice, but I am no expert on the 250 motor.

Default Spark plug too hot???

hey gp i got your instant message and dont go to a 6 to get a colder plug as u asked .....lower the number hotter the plug rem that. also if a 9 is to hot u might want check your jetting. 8 is better running plug in mine but hotter then your 9. good luck and if they even make a 6 dont try it or u might be changing your new piston again ....lol
