Hey Zig... Sorry I've been so quiet... was out duning all weekend. My new motor RIPS!!! (YAHOOOOOO!!!!!!)

Definitely NOT a seaDoo piston or sleeve. It will be a Wiseco piston. (Yes, Big $$$$$ for custom order)
The cases will be trenched ~14mm to allow for rod clearance. Spacer plate, Triple exhaust port... should produce in the neighborhood of 90-100 HP with some agressive porting.... before NOS!!!

Not sure what info you have on this Mark... Have you been talking to Dr. Q?
I'm really not allowed to 'leak' a great deal of information on this motor...as I took a vow of secrecy.
I do know he was ordering enough parts for 12 builds... he was keeping two, and the others are up for sale.
(I'm signed up for one)
Judging by his 500 port specs and how they run Zig.... This guy is the real deal. Besides, he's only doing the design work and parts aquisition, I'll be doing all my own machining/porting, etc. (No more being screwed by puppy shops for me!)
I haven't talked to Doc in a while... I know he's really busy, but if you might be interested... I can see if there are any left?
Perhaps we should continue this discussion in a PM format?

 

I have been talking with Joe from Wiesco, and he just mentioned that he was in the process of (or already had cont remember)designing a piston for the quadzilla that would make it a 635, which i thought was crazy... I just think its funny that it was for a persoon on the board...

I have a pair of '85 LT250R's (his/hers) and just got back from the Oregon Dunes. I saw a guy with a '92? Zilla with a Trinity stage3, I gotta figure out where to get a complete Zilla engine for my 250! that is my goal for a soup-up at this point. Anyone know anybody selling a zilla engine?

 

There's one on ebay with a Buy it Now for $350??? I think it needs rebuilt.

 

Probably a scam.
