Great! You are the poster child now..... We want a full run-down on your processes and techniques... and things you encountered in the process... Photo's too would be great!
I've been working on a hybrid for quite a while now, but I'm a long long way from finishing it. (Complete removable rear sub-frame, No-link rear shock/suspension, 3+ A-arms, 10" travel front/rear, and the list goes on and on.... I'm in search of a sub 285# quad when I'm done.... with around 100HP... should be a real arm stretcher!
Details GPBOY!!!! We want all the details!

Apparently he really didn't do this in a weekend! Ha!
I've got a pretty good idea about the install... I just don't have my motor finished yet, so it's hard to see the 'little' things (Sprocket alignment, etc.) It's always good to hear other folks trials and tribulations... and learn from others mistakes.
Zuk... what year chassis was it? I'm working on an '85 which should be the lightest year... I won't even consider the stock suspension, as they didn't handle all that well with a tiny motor in it... let alone a real one... I've been doing some major suspension redesign and putting it on a serious diet.
I'm building a pretty big stroker motor for this one (With the help of the Doc)
Add a little chemical soup and this should be a pretty fun toy. My biggest hope/desire is to keep it looking as close to stock as possible... Not a drag machine, but an all around dune/hill shooter bike.
100HP in a 285# chassis should really rip!
I can't wait to really paddle some A$$ and say "What???? It's just an old worn out 250" Think anyone would belive me?
