Its a toss up between the dirt devils, the 489 xt's or the Kenda Bear claws (which i really think i want because they are a flat design not a ghey balloon shape)

Should I up the size to 26" or keep it stock 25" on my vinson?

its an 03 with the mods listed below.

-Mike

I ride roughly everywhere however im looking for some great traction through sand and mud...but i do also ride a lot of hardpack mowing down things in my path.

oh and I just priced out the tires from 4atvtires.com

it would be 214.80 shipped for the 25x8x12 and 25x10x12 tires
or 254.80 shipped for the 26x9x12 and 26x12x12 tires

I am kinda concerned about losing another 4 inches of space that I need to creep in between trees and whatnot. Let me know what you'd do. I am also weary of the fact that being an inch higher the bike will be even more tipsy.

they are nice but again they are balloon style tires. I want a flat profile for optimal tire surface area to the ground at all times.

If you get 1 inch taller tires the quad will only sit 1/2 inch higher.
