i thnk the blasters are great quads. my bro's wife had one for 5 years and rode it to death, and didnt have to many problems with it. with a 250 four stroke that is electric start, not only do you have a slower motor, but a way heavier quad, i would bet the blaster weighs a crapload less. it wouldnt be to hard to go fast either,i just bought an 87 quadracer 250 for 1k,and it flys man,it flys. i road the z400 though and it seems like a great quad.so im guessing the 250 would be good as well.

I had a Blaster{'89} and I had a DYNOPORT pipe on it and Rad valve, boostbottle, and bored
.040 over. That thing was AWESOME on the trails!! you could get anywhere with it, a very nimble
machine, very fun to jump over logs and crick beds, I only had 1 problem with it,the person
{previous} to me owning it had the intake machined too much and I'd blow reeds constanly,
so I always had to have an extra set ridin along w/ tools. But other than that I had no complaints
ooops yes I did the dam brakes would fade while going down steep mountain sides.

the z250 is not even compareable to the blaster the blaster is a 2 stroke the z is a 4 the blaster is a high proformance manual machine the z is not. the z is a sporty version of the ozark. if you want sand get the blaster if you want trails get the blaster for anything else get the blaster over the z250. the blaster was designed to race against 4strokes so it is different than the rest of the 2 strokes any one who thinks a 250z stands a chance against a blaster needs to pull thier head out of thier A$$ and look around

does any one else notice most of the z250 owners in here are favoring thier own quad
to true answeres post this kind of question in a forum where thier will be fewer z250 or blaster owners like a honda forum or sompthing
