Anyone tried it? Macdizzy will be porting, boring, milling..., my kids 80 next week. We'll take it from 6hp to 14hp. Think I can get 20 w/nitrous?
Input is welcome. This project makes me feel like a kid again!!

I would help, but I don't want to be responsible for the death of a small child.

sounds like fun,hot rodding a little 80 motor, nitrous will give ya anywhere from 10 to 30 per cent more power over what hp ya have,Wouldnt it be cheaper to take a rm 80 and hot rod it though,i believe the rms motor is good for 28-30 at the crank stock which relates to 18-20 at the rear wheels.Gee im starting to sound like pete fischer from dirtbike,Nitrous that and ya kids quad won't even be legal, shhh I'll keep that under the table and let you decide lol

it might be too much for it and might blow off the head and might hurt him.
but it would be a cool lt 80.
i wish i could do that to my mojave or bayou.

FISH, did a light BULB go on in your head yet? I don't know how old your kid is but nitrous is good on the drag stip cars and boats! So, buy your kid a '68 Charger or a SeaRay with 454's on it and add the gas to it. He or she will really be impressed with their father after that...

Sugarhead, I had thought of a Cr80 or Cr125 motor also. The problem is that the Lt80 uses the motor as a swing-arm. That makes the motor swap more involved. MacDizzy's bigbore kit takes it to 96cm3. I think that's my best option.
