Wondering if anyone has changed their jet needle to anything other than the 6DH6? The 6DH6 is custom number for Suzuki by Mikuni and is only available through Suzuki. I measured the 6DH6 up and it appears that the 6FJ40 is the closest I could find. I just cannot see paying nearly $20 for a stupid needle through Suzuki when you can get regular needles through any carb parts place for about $6.

These are the number I came up with on the 6DH6:

a=68.6
b=29.4
D1=2.51
D2=2.51
D3=2.45
D4=2.26
D5=1.93
D6=1.54

the 6FJ40 is:

a=68.6
b=35.4
D1=2.50
D2=2.50
D3=2.50
D4=2.36
D5=1.96
D6=1.47

you can get them through sudco. I ordered a couple for my keihin carb...2 days later and $5 each
