Im putting a highlifter tach on my vinson. THe tach is made by autometer. I need to know what wire coming out of the ignition control box goes to the cdi coil. If anyone has any idea i'd love the help thanks.

hey man. i am not exactly certain which wire it is. the instructions should tell you, if not, i am going to ask someone i know, who first did(reverse override). i just want to make sure i give you the proper wire, but let me check again.

thanks v581 that would be awsome. you should look at one of these tachs it looks pretty cool even when its not working.

 

possibley, i am still trying to get this darn cam straitned out from web cam, they keep tellin me the end of this week, or the beginning of next, they have been saying this for 3wks im getting pist, but i want my cam....

 

581 i read your post about the cam, sounds like a pretty good time. Just wondering if you had talked to your buddy about that wire yet.

 

WHY DONT YOU CALL HIGHLIFTER AND ASK THEM. FOR THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGE ITS THE LEAST THEY CAN DO.
