I have the Warn Plow and Winch set up on my Eiger 400 and with winter coming will be using it quite frequently. I have chains coming for all 4 wheels. Anybody have any feedback on how effective they are? Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks

Plows are usually pretty effective if you dont overload your machine with a plow that is too large. And chains are typically very good at getting traction in the snow and ice. Sounds like you are all set for the snow to fall.

I have a Moose 60" County plow for my quad. I use a Warn 2000 winch to lift and lower it. I do have a set of chains for the rear wheels. Haven't even used them yet.

Thanks for the responses. Just wanted to be sure I was on track with what people found to be the most effective. Figured by now that some had tried different ways and either they worked or did not.
