Default ITS ALIVE! ITS ALIVE!!!!!!

Well after a few months work,and about 600 dollars,my 1987 suzuki quadracer fired up for the first time tonight,took 5 kicks. only let it sit started for about 20 seconds cause it was 11 pm in the suburbs where i live. New piston/rings/crank/rod/ALL bottom end bearings including mains and trans bearings/All oil seals in the motor/newer but used trans shafts and shift can/all brand new shift forks and shift fork shafts/new oem clutch/newer used exxhaust valve *thanks to kdog--that guy rules*/all new gaskets *oem and cometic*--all new trans springs and shifting springs/new shift shaft--and a barrel full of odds and ends stuff........ i just wanted to thank everyone here for being so helpful whenever i had a problem with these things--you guys rule!!!! There is no way i couldve finished this without the help ive had from this site.----now lets hope it holds together!

It's a very ugly duckling right now! but ill try to get some pics. I dont have a rear fender right now.and i dont have any of the plastic on it yet,but ill get some pics soon
