Belray Gearsaver 80w 900ml. Almost a full quart. Do not over fill. You will blow your seals. I've seen it happen.

it says how mush right by the fill plug if i remember correctly, or at least it has one everyother motorcycle ive worked on. i did some research on oils for the tranny, and the best i came up with is amsoil. i use the stuff that says on the bottle it is designed for wet clutches, in 20-50 weight (i think). it is actually designed for use in a harlley engine (memory is failing me)
there is a oil level check plug on the water pump side. i fill mine up till it runs out, then let it drain overnight (if time) so far no problems at all.
good luck

The Suzuki service manual says to run SAE 20w-40. On the side of my case, and in my service manual, it says 1000ml for the gearcase not 900. one quart is about 934ml I just put that in have been fine so-far
