Is it okay to go into 4 wheel drive while moving on the new King Quad?

I am really happy with my new 2005 King Quad. What I want to know is if it is okay to switch into 4 wheel drive on-the-fly? I had a Honda Rincon before this and it never made a sound when going in and out of 4 wheel drive. The King Quad doesn't seem to like it as well? Does anyone know if it does any damage, or is it okay?

On my Eiger, I switch between 2 and 4 all the time while in motion, even at up to 25 mph, but I always make sure I'm going straight, W/O any tire spin or much power to the wheels. To be clearer, I'm not really on the gas much, and I'm not turning. Every now and then I can hear a faint noise from the front diff engaging/disengaging, but nothing I'm worried about.
Stopping every time is annoying.
YOU HAVE TO STOP TO SWITCH BETWEEN HIGH AND LOW!!!!!!!
Can't stress that enough.

I beleive you can aslong as you are 5mph or below )maybe 10 not sure). abviously use common sense, like dont do it at 40 or 6mph. and if you hear clanking or somthing. but at slow crawling speed it should be fine. the kawasakis need a tire revelution for 4x4 to be engaged. not sure if that has anything to do with this, but it may show that its not going to break with movement.

Hi All
The Owners guide say shifting while moving could be hazardous. sounds like it not going to hurt the machine so aslong as you dont shift while in a turn or dont shift while going fast it should be ok
