I clocked my at 91 with my buddys jetta so we'll give it in the 88 to 91 mph range as it wasnt like radar or anything.

I had a new '89 Zilla back in the day, a ported '90 a few years ago and now another '89 (for sale). For a stock machine 80-ish is reasonable. Highly modified --ported, piped, race fuel, sprocketsand tires-- a Zilla can be awe inspiring and speeds over 100 mph are possible.

I totally agree with wishing for a kick start on the beast.

Englighten me about all the experience you have had with a quadzilla and how you are so sure they wont do faster then 82 stock. Mine is close to stock its bored .020 over, DG exaust, fmf reeds, no airbox lid with twinair foam filter, 20 inch tires. Other then that I believe everything else is stock. im running it 36:1 premium pump gas with spectro synthetic blend. I hit about 90.

while some of you zilla riders are here... My spark arrester really needs to be repacked, other then noise will that affect performance?

It shouldn't. My friends mom ran her LT250 like that for 3 months without a problem. It's just annoying as hell.

I just got a ratio rpm sprocket etc.. chart.
I just need the rpm you get when youre at top and I can have the speed...
I heard the max rpm of the zilla is 6800 but thats not on 5th gear. Basically, the only thing that makes a quad faster when modded is that it will be able to rev highter on 5th. The others parameters stay the same.

For example a stock 87 zilla with 20 inch tires that tops at 5000rpm will do 93mph. 4500rpm drops to 83mph
Thats with stock gearing

sorry about the age of post but you are wrong my friend, your spark arrester can effect your power up to 20 percent so those 50 horses go to 40 if its jacked look it up if you dont believe me.
