Default Quadzilla Top Speed?

I've had mine up to 80ish mph then wised up (lost nerve), racing a buddy with a motorcycle, his speedometer goes to 120 mph. Mine is a LT500 87' (typo > 97') and the only problem I've ever had with it and I have a lot of hours racked up at Glamis and Pismo is when my son was racing some girls in the neighborhood on a Raptor (ate their lunch) until he hit something on the ground (he says pulling a wheelie) the chain guard on the rear sprocket bent and pushed the chain off… I’m sure you know where this is going… The chain wadded up at the front sprocket and snapped the case at the shifter . Still love my bike, although I wish it had an electric starter.

I'd like to revise my previous statement, my brother took my quad out and ran it about 80ish. It still had a little more to go we just didn't have enough room. I can't believe that I've had it much faster than he was going...

A 1997 zilla, I know for a fact that zillas weren't made in those years, try more around 89' not sure though.

I had a 86' that might have done 75ish downhill. This engine has unknown mods to me (it was modified when I purchased it), my mech says the engine has been board out etc. (I'm not an engine techie at all). My buddy doesn't really have a since of humor so I don't think he was BS'n me. And I don't belive he does drugs or drinkin'. Who knows?

Wow you guys kill me over the 97' typo... %)
