Hey guys, I would like to know how long and well a manual clutch would hold up on a KFX400 doing low speed trail riding on dirt and hilled areas in the woods.

The only time the clutch will slip and wear, is when the lever is between all in and all out. So it all depends on how much time is spent in that condition.

That motor is a little on the pipey side. It certainly doesn't lug down like the 400EX for example, but it's not nearly as extreme at the 450's. You will have to do some clutch slipping in the really tight/technical stuff, but the cluth holds up very well.
