you can use lonestars a arms with stock shocks as long as the arms are stock length. if you go +1 or +2 you can still use them but you have to readjust the springs for the extra leverage the arms make. I dont like spacers, they're not bad for the rear but on the front they suck, it puts more pressure on the ball joints and makes it harder to turn
I have a pair of high lifter alum. spacers for the front I dont use. they bolt up to the studs they're 1-1/2 in. if interested in them email me
