We dont drive our ATV's at all in the winter...do you think they will have another sales promotion in the spring, like the one going on now..@ $69.00 winch, low intrest rates,etc..another reason is the warranty starts when you pick up the machine..that su*ks ..because it just sits until april 15 or the 20th until we start driving it...I know you can buy the $550.00 extended warranty..but that su*ks too ..I have a chance to buy a new 700 KQ for $6399.00..

I'd wait if your not going to ride it much during winter. It'll give them a chance to get the reverse failure fixed. Otherwise your warranty would be up if yours failed. They seem to start a new promotion as soon as the last one expires, I wouldn't rush into a purchase based only on that.

 

Whenever you buy, the extended warranty is really a necessity considering the reverse gear situation. You can get them for as little as $400 from a Suzuki dealership on ebay, I would definitely get it.
