What Do U Have On Ur LTZ250
Just bought one yesterday, for the Wife. (Ya Right)
I have the KFX400 with lots of mods, exhaust/carb/air filter/etc etc.
Going to get some sand paddles and wheels soon, going to Dumont MLK weekend.
Also a twist throttle and some hand guards. Then open up the air box and re-jet the carb.
My questions would be where to get some hand guards or just the mounts that fit those stock bars, the guards I have seen wont fit right.
Also what size jetting are You Peeps running in Your Z250's.
I live at 1600 ft and Glamis is near 0 ft, Dumont is a little higher, so If I can get it close for here I will be alright.
Thanks for the help
Bob

well I know that the stock main jet size is 125, Pilotjet is #20 and pilot screw is 1 1/2 turns back so start from there. If u are able to get away with riding it with the stock jets then I would because air-cooled motors run cooler when they air a little rich and since u going to the dunes then... but if not then I wouldsuggest just starting from the stock and going down a size until it runs good seeing as it will run richer u need to make the mixture leaner...but I am sure u are allready in the know of this I am sure but just thought I would give u my knowledge anyway.
