my 4x4 quadrunner will start real good,idle good,and run at slow speeds good, but starts breaking up as rpm's get higher,when you turn on headlights it will pretty much smoth out, but not 1oo%. could it be overcharging? if so, what controls it. thanks:

 

Maybe test the coil.
