well i just emailed CT Racing, waiting for a reply from them, and FTZ has right on their main homepage, LT250 and LT500, big bore and stroker kits.........[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] FTZ might be the way i go, and i might also get a stroker for it......they also make a hardened set of gears for a TRX250R which i need cause i shattered one in my 250R, so it looks like i'll be giving them a call about those also. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] i'm glad to see at least one company still cares about 2 strokes

yea FTZ is definitely one of the last few places that lists all the stuff for the LT on their website...if i had all the money to do it, they would have my engine right now. Buuuut tahts not going to happen.

well i figured LA Sleeve would've made a kit for it, but they discontinued it and they won't make me a custom one neither. so it looks like FTZ will most likely be getting my engine unless they can send the kit for me to put in

www.CTRACING.COM has alot ov stuff+bigggbore kit's..try that site..!my friend put me on 2 that!

last time i checked nacs racing has a lot of parts for the 250r they even have the 350 kit for it and a lot of other parts for the 250r so try looking at nacs

You might plan on getting hardened gears for the LT to if you can find them. My buddie has a CT ported LT that is scary fast but he has replaced the stock gears two times so we ended up making new gears for them in our shop, they seem to be working out ok but spent way to much time for them to be cost effective.

I know FTZ cost like 1900 bucks for there 295CC kit. I asked about it a few months ago. They take a honda sleeve and put it in your LT cylnder and make it work then they have to machine your lower cases to fit it. replace all seals and bearing ,New Big bore head,piston rings,etc etc fully torn down and assembled 1900$ you might be able to get them to do for less for just machine cases for you and do cylnder,you do seals and bearings etc? I myself bored my cylnder to 69.50 mm which is .50 over suzuki sizes and I use YZ250 piston has more power I think its like 270cc ,decked head run only 110 gas 39MM carb air stryker ,K&N clamp on filter , 1/2 inch reed spacer ,ported Rad Valve,Paul turner pipe,etc Its Fast! cheaper option for you.and you dont have to sleeve your cylnder. just bore that sucker more. Get FTZ to sell you a repinned YZ piston to fit that cylnder ,cost like 110 for piston repinned. They repin the YZ piston so rings stops lign up properly.
