a friend of mine has a lt-z400 and was thinking of getting the 450 kit for it,, is there a bigger kit for his atv, i found a sight that had a 483 kit or somthing like that, is there such a kit.... or is there a bigger kit?? i know they make turbo kits for raptors, do the make 1 for suzukis??? thxs for you help

 

Your wallet is your limit. Anything over 450cc is just a money game and somebody will always be faster. They may beat you, but they won't tell you how many times the motor has been down and how poor they are becoming to support their egos. Buy a Yoshi 450 kit w/ carb, cams, valves springs ect and be done with it. Stump pulling power w/ reliability to boot... Honestly what satisfaction do people get when they race a 470 -500cc against a 450 and slaughter them.. I wouldn't get any that's for sure..

 

thanks for the reply sandgod,, i agree there is always some one faster.. im just checking for my friend he was going to get the 450 kit, but i told him that i would see if there is anything bigger out there for his quad..i noticed on some of your pictures that you have a cannondale... how do you like it?? ive wanted 1 for some time but there are none where i live for sale, so im setting for a raptor, with ether a 727 kit or turbo charged.. what kind of cam would you say is a good one for the ltz400??? thxs again for the info..

 

A set of hot cams will wake the Z's topend up. It will rev quicker, but you will lose low end.. My motor is an ATK450. It beats the Yoshi and the Yoshi beats YFZ's. I don't want to derail your topic so I will leave it at that..
