i'm working on a 250 quadsport that is my stepdad's now, it's getting fire and fuel through the carb. i took the carb off and check it again and there is fuel going into the intake, but none on the plug. i'm thinking it's a stuck intake valve, cause there isn't any fuel getting into the cylinder.

broken rocker,timing chain. i would pull off valve cover and take a look. is it real easy to kick ?maybe you got lucky and the adjuster just loosened up. i had an 86 sport back in the day. ran good after some cubic dollars thrown at it . just remembered ,i think there are two plugs on the cover to adjust the valves. open the intake side and see if rocker has tons-o-play. hope this helps.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
