Hello all quick question. I found a great deal on a very clean stock used 04 z400 for $ 3,500.00.. Now i've been negotiating on a 05 z400 for almost a week now and i can buy for $ 5,700.00 plus helmet out the door.... What to do ??? I just don't want to have any regrets, like damn i keep getting smoked by my buddies 05.. i should have spent that extra change.... thanks for your opinions they will be a great help.

 

If it was me, Id get the 04 and put the money you save into it. With 2200 dollars you could do a lot. I dont think you can go wrong either way though

id go with the 05 because i feel it is a very large step over the 04 model i may be inpartial but i had the option to get a 04 but the new shocks and t.p.s. won me over. they were both new and the 04 was 650 bucks less. but thats just my option
