well this past weakend my front diff decided to blow up cracked the case and shoved my axels out what a mess oil every where not to mention getting out of the woods in 2wd with all this snow was no fun.Plus here comes the good part my buddy who was ridding with me whent ridding by him self yesterday and his diff blew to.i have an 05 vinson and he had a 04.plus i was working for a suzuki dealer and right before i left a 05 camo vinson came in with a blown diff his was blown bad completly shattered the front diff.and the 04 vinson was a completly stock machine no mods what so ever


ps i say every vinsion owner better go and check your front diff for stress cracks.


All i now i now dont trust the reliabilty of my quad

 

wow, im susprised, during snow storms we go on the roads, and i am in 4x4- granted i have that locker. i am doing 60+ sometimes, and 4x4 dounghts, and never had a problem watsoever, mebey 05's use poorer quality components.

ya but my friends 04 bombed the next day i am very surprised my self the 04 was totally stock.i had tires and a clutch kit but still should not have failed like that

 

nicks isnt broken he brought it in today and it was just a strand of weeds or grass..wiped it rite off..and nicks is a 2005..so isnt his wifes..
