The 86 LT is a very fun bike. You won't be the fastest but you definitely won't be the slowest. They are very light and, like any two stroke, responds very well to upgrades.

 

Have you gone to look at it yet? Check the frame over really good for cracks.

 

No I have to talk to my friend about going to see it. Yea if it is nice I will buy for sure. My firend said he know the guy and said he may take 500.00 for it. But 700.00 is ok too. Yea I hope to get it.

 

i have had 3 86s i love them, very fast and fun as hell and as was said earlier upgrades are very noticable..i would jump on it...more than likely the spring has came off or broke on the shift shaft on the clutch side..easy fix
