I have a 2003 Auto Eiger 400.

The owners manual says that the the quad should not be shifted from 2 to 4 and vice-versa while moving.
I have done this on many occasions with no adverse effects---so far.
Does anyone know what could happen if I keep on doing this.

you can go from 4 into 2 without any problems but going into 4 it makes expensive sounds

 

"IF" it is like my Vinson, you can do it while moving, you just gotta be careful for the wheels not to be spinning when doing so ...
