Has anyone bought a windsheild from vip-air.com? If so, how long did it take you to receive it? I ordered one on Feb, 1 and it shipped on Feb, 1st, but I still did not get it.

 

My neighbor ordered one for his KQ and it has been almost a month...no windsheild yet!

 

That is too long to wait I think. I was told it would take 10 to 13 working days. It has now been 17 working days. I paid for this with Paypal and am thinking about opening a claim to try and get a refund. I am starting to wonder if this company is even legit at this point.

 

I mentioned this to the person at vip-air and they said that your neighbor should call them. They said it should take no longer than 15 days to get delivered.

 

I got mine about 3 week after. I order Jan 24 and got it 2 saturdays ago. You will get it soon and you will love it.

Hey got his today...almost a month! He ordered it in Jan!

 

Just got mine on Friday. It was well worth the wait. The person at vipair was so helpfull trying to get this resolved with the shipping. I hate post office shipping. Hopefully they will start using Fedex or UPS.
