Default Part out or redo and sell?

hey guys been awhile since iv been on here.been busy working with my truck.i have a 1989 lt250r with the mods in the sig.it needed new bearings and bushings so i tore it all down.well now i plan to sell it cause college is starting.i want to try to get $2000 out of it.it is in real good shape and has no problems.should i part it out or put new bushings and bearings and powdercoat it then sell it? i might also keep it but if i do im going to do the motor.who should i send it to to get port and polish and top end rebuild?iv heard eric gorr does god work for a good price? also i want to put all new studs in my engine, some are broke off and others are cobbled in there.how much is it to get a stud helicoiled?

Fix it!!!!

Too many people are parting out these fine machines... especially if it's in good shape, put it back together and make it right!

I can't recommend any builders, only the ones to stay away from... I've heard good things about Eric gorr, but can only imagine his lead time if he is really that good.
I'd stay away from the 'puppy' shops.

My $.02

I called Eric the other day about having head work and boring, he said he was 3-4 weeks behind.
