creek not ok unless you crawl throug. if it gets splashed it will fall on its face and youll go over the bars almost. I was flyind down a trail one time saw puddle and punched it go through it quick and it almost imed killed motor and I almost went over bars. took for ever to refire bike as water got in carb etc.
you can get filter wrap to put over filter made out of foam might be better for water type sittuations.
