Default lt250r clutch?

Installed new clutch and basket last year and it doesn't want to disengage. Is there a measurement of the clutch pack that needs done before reinstallation or just put the correct amount in and go? The cable seems fine but doesn't want to disengage correctly.

when is the last time you used it? the oil could have drained of the clutches and they dried out and are sticking. usually happens if the bike has sit for a while.

It has sat some but it never really wanted to disengage correctly since new clutch. I just wandered if the pack might be too thick?
