Ive been turning wrenches for 20 years. Doing the diesel bit for 8. The trike I picked up for $300 from a guy at my work, and did a ground up resto on it. Sold it to get my YZ250 (did a ground up on it too) Good thing is that a friend of mine owns the trike now, so I get to ride it, and get payed to fix it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] (friend price usually ends up being cases of beer!)

 

man your a veteran grease monkey then, i'll be turning wrenches going on 5 years now, 2 in injection pump and injector rebuild business and the last 3 in a shop making engines smoke. i problably won't be doing a ground up, more of a simpatitic resto. thanks guys for all your help. glad to be part of this forum. hope to be of some help soon.

 

cyanidetrece, did you just tap threads into your nerf bar to mount the chain tensioner? you have DG steel nerfs, right ? that's what i have and i figured that was the best mounting spot. do you have any trouble with the bracket not staying tight and slipping?
