Default Vibrating LT500

Went riding today and half way throu the day my LT started to vibrate bad. I shut the bike down and checked everything over, including the motor mounts and everything looked okay. Started it back up and the bike vibrates really bad. I am going to tear into it tomorrow and am wondering if anyone has any ideas of what happened or where to look.

Take your stator cover off and try to move your flywheel up and down. If it moves, your crank bearings are going out. Get them fixed by replacing them and having a steel sleeve pressed into the bearing bosses to prevent any future damage to the cases. Another thing to consider is that you may have sheared the key that drives your counter balancer shaft. If the shaft doesn't turn, it will rattle your teeth out. Also, check to see if anything on the clutch side has worked its way loose.
