Default 2003 RM65 crank/rod bearing failure

Hi all,

Is there a known problem out there with the 2003 RM65 crank/rod bearing? The rod bearing on mine has already failed and it is only a 2003. I have had this bearing fail on other bikes but only after about 15 years worth of riding. Any ideas why this might have happened?

Thanks,

submakr
