does anyone know if the 87 rm 250 cylinder will work on the quadracer bottom end 87-92? or if anyone has ever done this transplant?

Kiwi Craig's excellent write up.

My friend has a 91 LT that has an 86 RM cylinder. The motor's way stronger than mine but I don' t know how it compares to an 88-92.

yea i have heard that stock vs stock the 86 RM is better, but after a good port job neither is really better...i think the 86 RM is better to start with though, so it may be better in the end, but i dont think its worth all the trouble.

The 86 RM jug is a direct bolt-on to the 87-92 bottom end. I've read that the 86 RM and 87 LT jugs have more hp potential because they have a larger intake than the 88-92 LTs.
