Default Aftermarket parts for Vinson

Anybody out there have a good place to purchase aftermarket parts for a vinson?
I'm looking for a set of aftermarket handlebars that would have a additional bar going across that I could use for my GPS mount. (it's a Magellan Platinum)
Vinson owners already know that it's potentially going to interfere with the digital readout.
I've tried mounting the GPS to my front rack, but at that distance it hard to read.
I don't want to purchase another GPS since I'm otherwise very happy with what I have.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Why don't you buy suzuki's gps holder? It's 64.95, and you could probably get an aftermarket gps holder for cheaper. It'd be much simpler than replacing the bars.

Here's a Pic.

The problem with it is there is no way to adapt my power cord to it (like I can with the Magellen holder) Plus my Magellen Plat isn't square it's more oblong and doesn't fit very securely in that type of holder), and there is still no place on the stock handlebars to mount it in a straight up and down position. What I really want is a set of bars to fit my bike with a dirt bike style bar across the middle of the bars that will allow me to mount the GPS in the fasion as I stated earlier. I've thought about trying to make one myself (I'm not sure clamping a bar in between would even be secure enough to stand up to the jolting and bouncing while riding or even weld a piece into my bars but then I'll worry if the welding ended up weakening my bars. Lastly I'm guessing here but I think that I can guestimate that a set of bars will probably set me back $20.00 to $80.00 Taking into consideration I already own the mount for the GPS (actually I own 3, two made for my Meridian and 1 generic POS) It doesn't make much sense to go out and by another when I still don't have a decent place to mount it. (sigh)
But hey thanks for the suggestion! I appreceiate it.

Well, if you notice, you've got holes in your controls for what appears to be rear view mirrors (leftover from streetbike parts I guess). See if you can find an old mirror and tackweld the bolt from the mirror onto the bottom of the gps mount? Well, not exactly like I said, but you get the general idea. I'm either going to do something of that nature or right up a stand on the back of the front rack behind the shifter.

Nice idea, but it wasn't very praticable for my application. (although I am still going to pursue it) For right now, I got some 1" steel tubing two 1" rubber coated steel clamps and two 3/4" steel clamps, two 3/8" bolts and self locking nuts (aircraft type) and made a set up just under and across the bars. I went with 1" tubing to better fit the mount and tpaed it all up with electrician's tape. It looks ok and works fine for right now but I will eventually pursue either the Mirror mount or a different set of bars. Although I don't hold much hope with the bars because most I've researched either arent long enough in the hand grip area to accomidate all of the bikes controls or they don't rise high enough near the stock bars, which would be a problem for the ignition switch.
Thanks again for the help.
