Looking to replace the plastic on the front of my vinson. I hunt and ride through brush at times. Any suggestions on a good bumper, one that will also protect cooling system, and where to get it?

 

I'm on a search for the same thing. Kimpex and Warn both make bumpers that cover the plastic, but don't replace it. Supposedly rockymountainatv has something, but am still waiting on a catalog to see it. Right now, I've got 5 pounds of alumiweld coming and I'm picking up a 1/2 sheet of 1/4" aluminum to make my own. We'll see how this turns out.

 

I have a Warn bumper with the trail lights. It works great and the optional trail lights really help when it gets dark. There are many bumpers available. Rockymountainatvmc.com does have a "replacement" aluminum grille for the plastic front grille. I only saw it in the catalog, but it was less money than buying an OEM plastic grille. If I recall correctly (I don't have the catalog with me right now, it also includes an aluminum replacement for the front part of the skid plate that fits under the bumper.

The other bumpers on the market will cover the front plastic. Here are some links for bumpers that I looked at:
