I tried adjusting the shocks on the KQ with that little tool...what a pain. Then I noticed they included a small "cheater bar" in the tool kit. For those that don't know, it's the bar with one flat end. I did all 4 corners in less than 5 minutes, and no broken knuckles. Hope this helps someone.
