Rolsmojave, when you figure all this out, let us know how it went. I would like to do some exhaust mods, but I don't want my quad to be real loud.

Rolsmojave, do you like your mudlites? I'm thinking about getting some 25' XL's.

yeah they are great...they'll pull through anything you want...since their 6 ply you don't have to worry about popping them....i drive anywhere now...and i got it jetted today...127.5 main and 1.75 turns out on the screw...runs fast...i'll prolbey take off the air box lid and go to a 130 main...see how fast it is then...right now i can get up to 50 in less then a 1/4 mile.........if you need a 127.5 main or a 130 PM me...i'll sell them for $2 since 6 cost me about $20....i only got 3 of each size

rolsmojave...the Dyno Jet instructions said to go with 2.5 turns on the idle jet. Made mine start even easier.

I read somewhere, the best way to adjust for optimum idle mix is while running, if you can get a screw driver to the jet screw head. Back it out until the engine idle slows/sounds too rich then turn back in till the idle smoothes out. Didn't try this method for lack of the right screw driver/bit
