Z 250 bore kit

Default Z 250 bore kit

do you know of anybody that makes a bore kit for the Z 250 , i need more power but cant afford a 400. i already have a pipe and rejetted carb, is there anything else i can do to get more power and is the bore kit even worth it

well it took me forever to find a bigbore kit on the 250ex but go to google and type in "big bore kits for a 2004 Suzuki Z 250" that should get you going.

cool thanx do u have a bore out on the ex. how much did it cost u for instalation and everything

you can bore out the carb like i did.

well i finally found one thought id let people know that they are out there its from mickey dunlops four stroke tech they dont have a website tho i saw it advertised in a dirt wheels mag for around 300 dollars its bored to a 273

Default Z 250 bore kit

Could somone who is familiar with the calculations tell us what kind of a performance increase an extra 25 or so CC should provide (its not linear is it, i.e. 10% more performance all around)?
