The new Black King quad looks pretty cool. I was surprised they dropped the Suki Yellow. It looks like the info flotting around the net about the Kawasuki machines ending in 2005 is true, no more Twin Peaks. over on the Kawi site it looks like there is at least one more year left for the Green suki's.

 

Went through some of the other models, It looks like the traded yellow for black in all the utility models. I also noticed the Vinsons all have the LE cast wheels, I kinda like the new black 5 speed vinson.

The sport models kinda went retro on the color scheems. The Z400's went up in price another 100.00 bucks this year.

The King quad also went up a 100.00 bucks for 2006. For the extra 100.00 bucks they could have at least put the cool looking vinson wheels on it. Oh well it does look good in black.

 

Oh yeah.. I really like the black. The green looks a little more on the olive side

 

Do you think the Black will fade as bad as the polaris and the Griz?

 

As I recall the Polaris and the Grizz were both kinda dull to begin with, Kinda of a metalic black, were Honda and Suki both use a true glossy black. Not that it won't scuff and scratch like crazy and that might dull them to some degree. But I bet STP son-of-agun would be able to help hide though.???

 

do not care for the black wheels (unless it is on the all black KQ). I prefer the aluminum 05 wheel look better

 

don't like the blue seats on the sports!
