250r blown clutch?
#1
I was just out riding my 250r it had been sitting for a couple weeks well anyways i took it out for about 45 minutes rode it no harder then usual had just put a fresh tank of premix in it and right before i got home it made a wierd sound like i miss shifted and when i slowed down and then gave it a little tried switching to second it seemed too but maybe it didnt cause it felt like first still. Anyways i made it down my drive way and out back before i came to a halt pulled in the clutch and it stalled like i was still in second and i just slowed down without the clutch. so i hoped off to see if everything on the outside was fine and it was so i get back on and i tried starting it holding to clutch in and it jumped foward a bit like i was in gear when i put it in neutral it started and idled perfect until i pulled in the clutch and tried shifting to first and it died again. when i got off i felt the tension on that lever thing on the crank case right conected to the clutch cable and it was kinda loose felling so do i need a new clutch or just springs or the whole thing or something else?
