Hi,
I am brand new here. I have ridden dirt bikes and street bikes my whole 38 yrs I have been on this planet.
I recently moved to the country where alot of old friends have lived for yrs. I have absolutely fell in love with riding atvs!! I have been riding a friends AC 500TRV and love this machine, another one I have ridden alot is a Honda Rancher 4x4 ES, wonderful machine as well.
I have been looking at a new Suzuki Twin Peaks 700 4x4, I need some personal views from anyone who has ridden them or knows first hand please. I am leaning towards Suzuki because I had several Suzuki dirt bikes and many street bikes, still own an old GS1100E.
I am planning to buy something in the real near future, so any info/opinions welcomed and appreciated.

The Twin Peaks is a great quad, but be forewarned, it is actually a Kawasaki! You can get more info on this quad by looking for threads on the Kawie Prarie 650/700. While I have never personally ridden one, I haven't seen many complaints about them, and this model in it's various iterations has won multiple mag shootouts. Looks like a good choice to me

The Twin Peaks is a good quad. Lots of low end power with the Kawasaki V-Twin and a really fun to ride ATV. But Suzuki admits it on their website, the King Quad is the best quadrunner atv they've ever manufactured. The engine in the KQ is built by Suzuki, not Kawasaki, so if you want a quad built entirely buy Suzuki you should take a look at the KQ. It really depends on what you like better though, the Twin Peak's engine has 2 cylinders and the Kq's engine has 1, 2 cylinders do require more maintance but they also provide for more low-end power, but the KQ has incredible mid range power as well as a 72mph topend. Unlike the KQ, the Twin Peaks doesn't have an Independent Rear Suspension which does mean less ground clearance, but you really should try them both out though because they are within a couple hundred dollars of each other and you can read more about both of them at Suzuki.com
