well guys im back!!!!!!!! and heres what i gotta say.. i promised all of you for pictures of my new frame, with the gussets in it- this is what SO SUKY should have done from the factory. im going to post them on my photobucket in a day or two when i get back from vacation.
~ i prolly used to be the biggest suzuki supporter here, my faith in suzuki is just gone, about there products, and how they are constructed....after not riding for a year on my vinson ( been riding my MX400ex)i took the vinson out on a long ride up here in maine (vacation) and i got back from the ride with the bike spewing frount differential fluid, i didnt hit anything, my differential case broke in half almost the cast aluminum just sheared apart, its all cracks and destroyed now i got prices on parts i need, because it ran outta fluid and cooked my ring and pinion gears
2 new cases - 330$
frount differention with ring gear(only way to buy it) 550$
bearings seals and misc- 100$
Pinion gear- 150$
plus other misc ****
rode the bike one time and this is what i get....b.s im just scrappin the whole suzuki vinson idea all togeather, and going ahead with my YZ426ex hybrid, 4wd + suzuki = headaches

again got some really good pics of the frame, and how its reinforced, with triangle gusset plates, and smaller tubular metal inside the frame rails, my new top motor mounts, and all the jazz ah maraz

Wow after all that work... I'd have to say you've had the worst luck and the most problems I know of on a fairly new machine...I thought I had it bad... but you win. Sorry you don't feel the same about your Vinson...better luck on the next quad...

Glad to see you're back beotch! Long time comin'. So, honestly, how's everything working out for you? Nice pic's! And thanks for the Props on your page, dude. That means a lot. I call 'em like I see 'em, and I see you as good. Keep helping everyone out like you've done in the past. If you need anything, don't hesitate.....!

Hey Vinson581, I can feel your pain (well not personally), but I have a couple of friends that own Vinsons and the same thing happened to both of their bikes. The first case was the broken differential case that happened just out on some leisure trails (an 03 I believe) and the other scenerio was a brand new one (05 at the time) for a second ride on the same easy trails. The second scenerio just spewed and he did get the quad home at least, but geez. I'm a Zuke supporter too as I own a couple, but this may be an issue with the Vinsons. I could see if they were riding hard or something, but not on some flat trails that I could've ridden a bicycle through. Oh well, just seems too coincidental to me. Best of luck to you.

i to had front diff problems on my 05 i had about 400 miles on it and was ridding in the snow and my diff just blew up cracked the cases in half and shoved an axel out the side.it was fixed under warranty but i am scared to use 4 wheel drive because it out of warranty now.
