whats your top speed that u can get ur king to go and how does it handle at high speeds i heard it can get squirrely.Thanks

 

The speed limiter kicks in right at 72 mph. You may, if you hold it, bounce off 73mph, but no more. Anyone that claims more than this is not being very truthful. It handles just as I would expect an IRS machine to handle at these high speeds if not better. I don't ever see these speeds on the trail and have only touched the 70's once on a paved road.

Well considering that is the speed virtually all KingQuad OWNERS agree upon and I myself have brought my King to this very speed, that is why I'm telling you it's 72-73mph.

 

72 on the speedometer but the speedometer is wrong. The kingquad is one of the fastest, but they all have speedometer that are off. I put 26 inch tires on mine and it ajust my speedometer very close to perfect. I have tryed it with my GPS and these things don't lie. It is still to fast for any quad.

 

I had mine at 72 with stock tires that's not fast enough. But then again it's not built for speed.

 

That may be, but when people ask you about the top-end on a sport-utility machine, they generally mean what the speedometer says.

 

ok redgoblin mine was up to 78 mph on the speedometer, but it only goes 68 top speed.
