I have a green '05 KQ and I was thinking of painting my rims (I will be using this for scouting and hunting so I was thinking of painting them black) has anybody done this??? If so what paint did you use, do you have pictures???

You might try searching either in this thread, or one of the other threads like, "buying an ATV," utility ATVs," etc. I saw someone's profile, with pics, just yesterday, or the day before. It had a red KQ with black painted rims, if I am not mistaken. I believe the thread topic had something to do with aftermarket front bumpers for the KQ.

 

I painted my stock rims black. A friend of mine own a fab. shop, I took them there and he used epoxy paint and painted them with a electrostatic painter. They have held up really well. Ive been surprised how well. Ive also read that powdercoating rims will hold up good.
