first timer so take it easy lol Will the 38 tooth rear sprocket from a LT185 quadrunner fit my 86 LT230s? If not, What company makes a 38 tooth sprocket? and preferably Steel

 

I don't believe they are the same. I've looked at Moose, Sunstar & JT Sprockets and none of them even list a 38 for the 230. And the 185 sprocket has a different part # series vs. the 230. Not even sprocketspecialists.com lists a 38 so I would have to guess it won't work.

 

Thanx dude i'll jus put another 39 on it, and turns out im prolly gonna sell the LT n buy a warrior, Hate to say man, im a wuss, that kickstart is brutal

what kind of bore did you put on your 230?

 

sorry David the dude i bought i from told me it was bored to 250, i dont kno if it was with a kit or wut, but its beastly

 

sorry dude I personnally don't think its able to be bored to 250cc yeah some people just say things it might be bored .60 over or somthing i unno if they even have big bore kits for the 230's

 

They used to make a 265cc kit but I'm not sure if they do anymore..more about it

sorry it is bored .40 over i hardly kno wut im talkin bout wit this one and ya Powroll or w/e makes the 273cc big bore kit but u have to order 4 at a time since they have to make it from scratch or sumtin. If u want more info on the Powroll kit then talk to "Yagerzz" in this topic, cuz hes tryin to line up 4 people to go in on it with him

 

well 4 at a time isnt bad just use one sell the rest on ebay as rare lol
