Suzuki $69 Winch Deal
#2
Skippy,
Suzuki has this mentioned in a bottom half of the page ad in the new ATVrider (10/05). The offer says it is for a Warn Winch ($69 out of pocket), or a Warn Plow ($69 out of pocket), or a $200 Makita gift card (free) on these models ONLY......KQ, Vinson, Eiger, & Ozark. In the fine print it says that the offer ends on 10/31/05, so it won't pertain to the '06's. (unless a few dealer's magically have '06's that early).
It says nothing about what warn winch model it will be and whether the installation is part of it. Anyone know the answer to those 2 ?'s...

Skippy, I was just on Yamaha's website and they have the same $69 Warn Winch deal and their fine print says it is a 2.5 Winch and that it goes until 12/31/05 on both '05's and '06's. I'm sure other manufacturers have it as well but I just saw it and thought you may like to know.

I just got back from the dealer with a new 2005 Vinson, they gave me the mounting plate and everything for $69. They wanted $179 to install it, I said no thanks. Anyone install one lately ? Shouldn't prove too difficult, the Vinson is wired for it already...

Wiring harness is already there...you just have to install the hardware and the actuator...
