Value of a 89 Zilla

What is a fair price for a 89 lt 500, stage 2 port & paul turner pipe. Plus it has been restored great all around.

$4000 doesnt seem high to me as long as it's in great condition and has the work into it thats claimed.

I've seen a couple 500's in the Ohio area over the past couple months that were around $3000 and in really good shape.
They seemed mostly stock though.
